How to Request a Return
  1. Locate your order number in the confirmation email or My Orders.
  2. Take a clear photograph showing the issue with the item.
  3. Contact support via email or the contact form and include the order number and photos.
Refunds & Replacements

Once we review your case we will offer a refund or replacement. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Perishable items may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
